#how to recover hacked and banned acc?
about a year ago my account was hacked and i literally contacted pubg support for months and they still didn’t help me with my issue and the hacker made my account banned they changed my name flag everything but i am wondering what should i do now??

Its banned already, whats the point of recovering it?
Anyway, like most of game companies out there, Tencent doesnt unban your account if its hacked, they only unban accounts that get false ban
but i didn’t even do nothing for it to get banned
As I mentioned before, they dont unban your account even its hacked by someone and they cheat on it. Next time, secure your login methods more strictly.
Pro tip: Do not use facebook for account linking, it can be hacked easily

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service regardless of who was using an account. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.

as Quendi mentioned above, it is banned for cheating regardless of who was using it anway, why bother recover an account that wouldnt get unbanned anyway
