Styling feedback: hoodie, denim shirt, HEATTECH pants
So this fit was partially inspired by https://discord.com/channels/1116793467654381685/1116800072093532191/1316135506270224465 and I've been wanting to include this hoodie in a fit somehow, but yeah, just looking to get some feedback for it :linkBow:

I like the idea of the shirt over the hoodie but not the execution as it seems slightly small/thin fabric/slim cut for the layering involved. Particularly the way the collar and buttons drape
Ok :linkThink:
So perhaps a thicker, larger denim shirt or jacket would work for this?
it just seems as if you are trying to do overshirt things when this is not an quite overshirt shirt
:linkThonk:
i don't fully get it lol
sorry
this shirt doesn't seem big or substantial enough to do the kind of layering wetdogg did in their fit
i'm pretty sure you have a denim jacket, that might be a closer analog to the inspiration
i've got 2 of them, yeah
Yea you need a stiffer fabric. Otherwise it looks like you’re wearing a shirt outside a hoodie instead of a Jean jacket outside a hoodie
You can wear any work jacket too
I like the hoodie though
This is how I've got the fit atm
i think its better but more important is what you think
and also what shoes you plan to wear with it (it's worth wearing shoes for these pics; you can set a dirty towel or cardboard or paper towels if needed)
I think it's decent, I like how the hoodie goes over the denim jacket
As for shoes, I'm thinking of either one of these Converses
I'm somewhat leaning towards the latter shoes
I think they just go better color wise
And of course for the weather
Since they're slightly padded.
I like the second shoes as well bc there’s a combat boot color scheme going on especially with the stacking of the jeans
if i may ask what is the thought behind the collar being turned up or tucked in
second shoe > first shoe, but both are decent options
It was something I didn't consider when I was taking the pictures, only after I had snapped them :mood:
See also: the trousers crunching at the bottom
I wouldn't have done my collar like that lol
assuming the collar is laid down as normal it's a solid fit
the pants stacks are actually not awful imo but that is 100% a personal preference and i'll note wetdogg had straight fit pants in his fit
If you bought them at Uniqlo, they'll hem them for free if you don't like the stacking.
seconding that I think the stacking is pretty fun for this look with those boots
