Wired Connection but stilll packet loss

Unifi Malaysia, wired connection with 300mbps, but still having consistent of 2-10% packet loss. SG and HK server experiencing the same issues. Ping is also unstable and having a constant spike in similar pattern(graph from Max Network RTT Avg)
