This card works only on specific basic lobby obtained in current season. In current season this card can only be used on artic era basic lobby available from 27 dec in new ultimate spin.

Why my normal lobby hasn't been upgraded? As I have received season collection level 7 upgradable card
Add this card to a treasure shop so that we can purchase and upgrade any lobby,not everyone can reach level 7 ,think for such users

This card is for Arctic era basic lobby in to upgraded lobby.

And that golden card is for old basic lobby.
Its cant be for the old basic lobby. There was no lobby upgrade card as reward in last update. current frostheim update is the first time that golden card you are referring to got introduced. This golden card can only be used on upcoming artic era basic lobby.
I m saying those people who purchased basic lobby in the past, they can upgrade it that lobby in current version bcoz of this golden card. Hope u understood what I m saying..
Thats not how system is designed. You cant use that golden card to upgrade any lobby other than upcoming artic era theme lobby.
And the card in attached photo is temporary upgraded lobby. This temporary lobby will stay for 60days. When the players get the permanent basic artic era theme lobby from upcoming ultimate event, this will turn into permanent upgraded lobby. If they also claim the advance theme perk
