Mic bans

Why I understand mic bans are very important to maintain a heathy gaming atmosphere. I wanted to share some details over a recent incident I encountered. On 12/23 I was playing with my clanmate and we decided to match for 2 other teammates in a ranked classic game before getting off for the night. With matchmaking by language marked as on, we found ourselves in a lobby with 2 people that spoke zero english. I typically follow my teammates in matches and try to encourage full squad gameplay. These two guys understood no english at all. I understood very few words other then I knew he called me American. They decided to drop to Pochinki. My clan typically in higher tiers will jump away from flight line and get a vehicle and push further away to loot up before finding engagements, so that is what we did. Before my chute even opened to our destination, my teammates died in Pochinki. I mentioned to my clanmate, in hopes that the 2 other teammates would understand, “it is not smart to drop in Pochinki at high tier, it is too risky.” in which they quickly disconnected after they sounded to be yelling at me in a language I did not understand. My clanmate and I finished the match out and ranked 2nd. We honestly would have won had the team jumped together running my same route. If we had all jumped Pochinki, we’d all have died. Anyway, upon getting back to the lobby my mic was issued a ban for 24 hrs. After appealing and questioning customer service, I learned it was for spreading improper information. So basically I feel pubg is promoting griefing behavior and wanted to talk about it a bit on discord with the community in hopes to fix this for future players. It is very discouraging and making me never want to matchmake for teammates again. That should not be the goal of pubg, it should be to encourage cooperative gameplay. Thanks for your time.
