I had this problem where my ping was bad for 2-3 weeks on EU and APAC it got fixed yesterday...
today I was playing and my ping was normal but then my power went out so i disconnected when i logged back my ping was bad again same as how it for 2-3 weeks... WARRA DO MANN I CANT GRIND RANK W MA FRIEND AND ITS VACATIONS ERRRRRRRRRR ITS SO FRUSTRATING

It looks like the issue is primarily with your ISP, but not entirely their fault. Your ISP (AS141342) is routing traffic through AS138423 - CMPak Limited, which then routes it through AS38193 - Transworld Associates. The main problem seems to be occurring at AS38193 - Transworld Associates, where the routing appears to be causing the trouble.
(Just to clarify, this is based on my analysis of the traceroute and discussions with others facing a similar issue. It's not an official diagnosis, but it’s my best understanding.)

I'm pretty sure if AS138423 - CMPak upstreamed your data to AS17557 - Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited instead, the problem would be fixed. :val_HeyApple: (I could be completely wrong though.)

there are 3 isps
isp 1 which is yours, isp2 and isp3 which is transworld Associates
isp1 sends data to isp 2, and isp 2 sends data to isp 3, and it seems from my understanding that isp 3 is having troubles
