thats riots eu traceable address, it will trace the their closent point of acess which for you should be dubai or something similiar

You can try using https://1.1.1.1, which is a VPN. This might help with the issue when connecting to Dubai. The problem with the high ping on Valorant's Bahrain servers is due to them not using Riot Direct. Instead, the Bahrain servers are hosted on AWS. Riot Direct typically provides more direct routing, reducing latency. Since the Bahrain servers rely on AWS, the routing paths are longer and often pass through a transit ISP, leading to latency issues. Riot is currently working with AWS and ISPs to address the issue, but resolving it may take some time.
