then i got kicked out and rejoined back and got 40 ping then after that game it ecame 120

thats riots eu traceable address, it will trace the their closent point of acess which for you should be dubai or something similiar

You can try using https://1.1.1.1, which is a VPN. This might help with the issue when connecting to Dubai. The problem with the high ping on Valorant's Bahrain servers is due to them not using Riot Direct. Instead, the Bahrain servers are hosted on AWS. Since the Bahrain servers rely on AWS, the routing paths are longer and often pass through a transit ISP, leading to latency issues. There is no ETA at the moment but the Riot network team is working hard on this problem ^^
