Is this coat too big for me?
I have a hard time judging since I like the coat. I'm unsure if it's too big at the shoulders however.

Looks like it fits well. An overcoat like this is meant to fit over a suit or blazer, so the shoulders will usually extend past your shoulder bone. It will probably feel more snug if you have more layers on underneath.
