I can’t log in to my account.
Hi pubg so my account was on play games but now i have iphone and i can’t log in can you please do something?
Solution
As dangerturks mentioned, if you still have access to your previous device you can link a new login method and then login on your new device.
If this is no longer possible, you can reach out to the customer service through the login menu of the game using the Help option located at the right side of the screen. You can submit an account recovery request through there. If your request is successful, all login methods linked to your account will be removed and the email address submitted on the account recovery request will be linked for you to be able to login instead.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description and your numeric user identification on the official support subreddit.
