What you mean exactly? Join a pro team or compete in pro scene?
Join a pro team is quite hard if you dont have a portfolio or being well known in game community.
But compete in pro scene is much easier, just gather your friends to compete in ultimate royale and reach for the top, theres a chance your team get an opportunity for tourneys. The other way is get your team to qualify in national leagues like PMNC
Or do you mean you just want to join the Esports Discord server?
