So, I've read the documentation and these are the Parameter's on the site.
I'm assuming it's not a thing since it's not listed but want to double check.
Is there no way to add into the Level Up message what rank was awarded due to their level up?

No it should work fine, we just haven't gotten around to it since we prefer to release a few feature bundled together
