Problem

Hello i recently unlinked my long lost email address through ingame account recovery, after my claim was successful, i was left with apple id as the only login option, which i didnt know you guys changed how the claim used to be, because it didnt ask me to link new email address, so all this aside, iam trying to link my email address and phone number but it asks me i need to log in 15 days out of 30, and pubg also removed my device from trusted so i cant do anything to my own account, i have been actively playing my account for 5 years and now i need to wait to have access to my own account? And you guys dont even show me how many days i have logged in so far and my account is not secure at the moment since there is no 2FA enabled. Please help me 5634696565
