SMM opens offscreen
About 3 out of 5 times I open SMM, it opens off screen. If I close it by right-clicking the taskbar icon and reopen it shows up on screen. I have a triple monitor setup and it's opening left of my left most screen, but no changes to video config since around early U7 days.
It's almost always full-screen when it is shutdown, with the detail panel open. Is there something I'm doing that is causing this? It's not the end of the world since I can reopen and get it to show up, just an annoyance.

I thought I fixed it though, but apparently it's not in the current release, but there is an option to disable restoring the window position, which should fix the issue for you if the display you maximize SMM on is the main one (because it will still restore the maximized state, but not try to reposition the window while doing that)

I was looking through the FAQ to debug an issue I was having and saw this. Could be the solution

That FAQ entry was for SMM2, it wasn't updated for SMM3 because this shouldn't have been an issue
For SMM3, it happens when you maximize the window and you have multiple displays
The window position it receives to save is (-8, -8) for some reason, so if either that's out of bounds, or on another display, the actual window location will be off

Thanks, Mircea. I don't really care if it restores to the same position, so I'll disable that.
