This is the second time I’m asking about the bug abuse issue. What’s going on in the Security Center? I know a case that someone was banned for bug abuse, but he wasn't even online in the game on the date of the ban. Why don’t you provide transparency on this matter? Many of players don't know the reason of their ban. I want error to explain about this. And I remember once I reported a player who used to play with cheat and even he banned for 10 years and he unban recently.
