That should not be the case. You can try restarting your device or creating more storage space and see if it works. However, you will need to wait for another invitation if it says the maximum number of testers are reached at the moment.

Beta test spots for iOS are limited, registration is closed you have to wait for the next beta
wdym registration is closed
If you directly install from website, it seems that the certificate for beta app is expired. Theres nothing you can do once its expired, its depend on Tencent to renew the cert or not

Do you still have the previous version installed? If so could you please delete that and try installing the new version again? It works fine on my end.
Could you also try verifying PUBG MOBILE BETA from Settings > General > VPN & Device Management > SINOPEC SABIC Tianjin Petrochemical Co. Ltd. > Trust and see if you can install it after that? @xx
It didnt let me install it so there was nothing at Device Management
Can you try opening the link on Safari instead of Brave?
Did that too and did it while i was ingame all the solutions said Unable to install

@xx I came across your thread today and I just d/l’d the beta for IOS no problem! I’m not sure what the issue is
