Resolution Gaming Mode and Games

Hello friends. I thank you all for your time, my problem is that in gaming mode, the resolution of the rog ally changes, affecting the menu and also the games, generating a frame of unused pixels. This does not happen in desktop mode, where the screen resolution is adjusted, nor the games that are run in desktop mode. A very kind person recommended me to reset steam and remove the prefixes. I found a post on google where it indicated doing this “means its crashing in gamemode. try resetting steam ujust fix-reset-steam NOTE: this will remove all of the steam client files and log you out of steam and then re-launch steam to get fresh copies of the steam files. it does not touch proton, prefixes, installed games or savefiles.” I already did it but the error persists, I would like to know if anyone knows what else could be done

i would try without decky loader plugins if you are using any, have not seen anything like this on steam/gamescope-session without modification

Do you recommend that I delete the entire decky loader, then reset it again. Or delete a specific plugin?

Up to you, personally I’d try without it decky loader installed at all.

I just uninstalled decky and reset steam as previously recommended. But it is not the solution, more suggestions are welcome. I have bazzite on one partition and on the other I have windows, I accept any recommendation. If it were necessary to reinstall it I would do it, but I don't know if it solved it. I updated bazzite because I had not used rog ally for months and it continued with the error.

do you have a manually set resolution in the settings? if not try setting it to the displays native res and see if that fixes it.
