Cravar F.C. VS Thursday Boot Co Messenger Bag
I am looking for a new briefcase, and I have narrowed down my options to cravar and thursday boot co. They both have a nice canvas look, and I am trying to compare their quality. Has anybody heard of these brands or personally owns one of their bags? Thank you

I’ve never heard of the first brand but iirc Thursday boot is a bit of a meme around here - I believe they’re bad?
I cannot speak to either of these brands but I would like to make some recommendations for other brands if that’s alright: check Bleu de Chauffe, Filson, Croots, Porter Yoshida

Literally never heard of them, which is why I recommended other brands instead of speaking on this one.
If this was recommended to you by someone you trust there’s no reason not to buy from them - they look fine from the pics.

I forget the precise details because brand drama isn’t really my thing but the founder holds a lot of very extreme conservative views and that’s literally what I know the brand from more than their production because it comes up here so often
I also know nothing about this firsthand, but it seems to be the consensus that this co founder is pretty damn bad
the comments provide pretty damning evidence (anti abortion PAC donation receipts, etc)

Honestly the Thursday bag just plain looks worse.

Fwiw a friend likes his Cravar bag. I only saw it once but it looked quality.
The one on the left looks better aesthetically imo
