Crosshair jumping

I'll be moving zig zag and my crosshair will shift left each time. Also when I aim and shoot my aim glitches left and right. When I try jiggle movement my crosshair freezes in place or it'll glitch left and right. I'm playing on a Galaxy Tab S9 FE.
