Trying to do this hairstyle any tips?
Hi guys , I am trying to copy this hairstyle and wondering if I can get your advice? Should I have my haircut in order to achieve this?
I went to my barber and he said my hair is too short to get it so he did not cut.
I tried this at home and seems to be kind of similar. No wax used just water after I took a bath and just combed all the way to the back.

I agree with your barber I don’t think your hair is long enough

You can style it similarly or just try out some different options while it grows out. You’ll need to use some sort of product for that style anyway
But I don’t think you want your hair shorter so I wouldn’t get it cut
got it, I'll try it out using clay, just wanted to see if I'm going in the right direction with the way I was doing it. I'll keep the hair as is for now and experiment. Thanks!
