Need help configuring Media Server Widget
Apologies, I know there have been a million variations of this question, but I haven't had any luck with any of the solutions I've seen.
My Plex integration configured manually via the app tile since it runs natively and not in docker. I have added 401 to the allowed network codes, so it shows as green when configured with my Plex token. For configuration, I am using the internal server address and port with a typical https prefix. I do also have the external address and port entered in the external address field.
My media server widget shows a red ring around the Plex logo in the lower right of the widget. Logs here: https://pastebin.com/BatBSHSE

I have been staring at all of this for a while so I'm hoping it's something easy that a set of fresh eyes will catch. Thanks in advance for the help!
Your logs are not complete, I don't see any error there so we might need to see the whole thing. Maybe the logs from the browser could shed some light too.
I am guessing your token might not be right. even if you follow the procedure correctly, you get the token for the app you are using and sometimes you can't use that in homarr.
if you haven't done it this way, I suggest you access plex from the ip of the container, and proceed to retrieve the token from there
Sorry, those logs were just saved out from the console tab of chrome after a page reload
Good tip about the token. What would be the easiest way to access plex via the container’s ip? I’m not sure I’d know how to go about that
In the mean time I’ll try to figure out how to get my full logs
