question, lod quick-reset
I am building a large island with distant horizons, axiom, and some other not as important mods.
when i make large changes in the world, it doesnt really update the lod chunks, and with limited to 32 render distance, and limited LOD updating, its a little difficult to follow the shape of the island that i have already built as im building it.
is there any way to quickly update the lods, like perhaps a button, and if you do it by the file method (which i forgot how) do you need to reload just the world, or the entire game to regenerate the lods?

the only way to do that is to delete the sqlite at
/lodstored
Single Player:
- Overworld:
.minecraft/saves/WORLD_NAME/data/DistantHorizons.sqlite
- Nether: .minecraft/saves/WORLD_NAME/DIM-1/data/DistantHorizons.sqlite
- End: .minecraft/saves/WORLD_NAME/DIM1/data/DistantHorizons.sqlite
- Custom Dimensions: .minecraft/saves/WORLD_NAME/DIMENSION_FOLDER/data/DistantHorizons.sqlite
Multiplayer:
- .minecraft/Distant_Horizons_server_data/SERVER_NAME/
while you're not in the world
so, you dont need to restart the game, right?
correct
i think I cannot have game open to delete it, idk though, (im currently in the main menu in minecraft while trying to do that)
oh that bug should have been fixed
