R2 ticket
I have major bug with r2. I tried opening two tickets ( 01289789 / 0127216 ) and its been more then 3 weeks. 0127216 didn't even get a response...
I created a ticket and have a pro account (and paid worker account). What can I do to get a response?

@Advany Please refrain from opening more cases at this time, as there are four different tickets for this alone. I apologise for the delays and will move it forward, but we need to avoid duplicating lines of communication here. I will post back once I have more to share
Please let me know what I should do if I dont hear anything for weeks again. The only way I got the response to the previous ticking to move is by opening a new ticket. I have also tried discord in the mean time but didnt help.
