Minecraft server bandwitch usage
Hey guys, I wonder how many bandwitch does use minecraft server in one month for around 30-60 players daily. I understand that this is so complicated question, but on average. since I need to choose plan for ddos protection, but tbh I have no idea at all how many bandwitch can use for example 30players in month.

🤔 that's hard to estimate, as there are many variables, reccomendation just don't go for a plan with bandwith go for a traffic rate one
wait before i suggest that, let's go 1 step before, are you hosting it on your own dedicated server or from a provider as a game server?
its hard to check without proper statistic's

than it's better to simply tunnel the whole machine on something like remote shield from neoprotect, it's "cheap" if you go under someone plan
As i understood remote shield does not have bandwich limitation?

do you currently have the same amount of players as what you want an estimate for? If so, you can easily check how much data you've sent since the last restart on a network interface using
ip -s -h link and extrapolate that number to an entire month
so far nope, server is under creation mode
