Why did it remove my ranks

Why did it take all my conqs away and remove my season rank

Solution:

This occurs when the number of players, or the rating, is greater than 10 000, and thus visually unable to be properly displayed. This may also be a result of a frozen rank due to account abnormalities, you will be ranked again after the investigation is over.
