Starboard Stopped Working
starboard is no longer working for my server. it should be set to one star and the message that should be starred has two stars but it won't add it to the starboard.

run
/utils info with a link to a message that should've been posted to the starboard but wasn't, and then send the output hereit won't let me run /utils info
nothing comes up
i switched up perms and it worked
