Subscription management is absolutely scuffed
Had a prior subscription for Cloudflare Stream that I'm trying to use right now, it seems my Stream subscription (which I was actively using, btw) disappeared and was replaced/swapped to an Images plan, which we don't use. I cancelled it days ago, now it's given me an extra month that I did not want, which is why I cancelled it. It gave me a cancellation date of TODAY, December 7th, and then magically changed it's mind and cancels in January now. I now won't be able to roll the page I need to until January because of how scuffed this system is. Can't enable Stream with an active Images subscription, can't get rid of my damn Images subscription. I do not want, Images, that's the reason I cancelled it, because I didn't want it. Amazon's looking better and better - many of the same services, but when I test them, they work in the way the consumer expects versus Cloudflare.
What is the deal with this. How can I get this fixed. This is truly the last month I'm bothering with Cloudflare if this is what I have to expect, it is a waste of time and development resources to have to nitpick a company 100x larger than us that absolutely has adequate resource to prevent this type of nonsense.

I hear you, it's not great when billing stuff goes south. Unfortunately, the only way to get help is to open a billing ticket
?billing
Cloudflare's billing system is undergoing some changes/migration. During this period, you may notice extra bills, incorrect bills, or other issues.
To resolve these issues, create a Support ticket by using the following link (you must be logged into your Cloudflare account): https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support
Note that all accounts, even Free plan accounts, can create billing tickets. Tickets are the only way to resolve billing issues; we cannot help you in this Discord.
I wanted to follow up on this and note that whatever was causing this issue, has resolved at least for my account. Whether it's resolved globally or not, not my monkeys not my circus. I appreciate the time taken by whoever fixed that bug (assuming it didn't fix itself because that would be extra broken) and hope their showers are extra hot, but I believe there's something to be grumbled about "companies this big, mistakes this silly". Kudos for the fix, problem's resolved.
