I just purchased subscription and have payed everything but haven’t recieved it. I click on it and it says ”your subscription will be renewed …” nothing more and i get that little text over it ”purchased!”. I’ve restarted my game and mobile but it still the same

If you have already waited for 24 hours or more but your Prime or Prime Plus subscription has still not been activated, please contact the customer service and provide them with the specific screenshots of the payment receipt and purchasing time....
