New Phone - Security Check Failes

Hello everyone, I cannot link my Pubg account to my number or email. I've had the account for ages and have always logged in using Google Games, but now I have an Apple device and of course I can't log in as usual. That's why I wanted to link my number/email but I keep getting an error message: "Security check failed, please return to your usual device or environment, or practice good behavior on the current device to pass the security check." I'm trying this with my usual Android device and the problem has been going on for almost a month. The customer service bot is also useless. What could be the problem? Thanks in advance for the help

You will have to contact the in-game customer service regarding this issue, then answer the FAQ bot according to your issue, in order for it to be connected to a support agent who will be able to assist you further. And if your issue is not resolved after receiving a response from the in-game customer service, you can create a post in the official support subreddit....
