Help with account recovery.
My account was hacked / taken by someone I don’t know and he has blocked my way of recovering / filing claim. I have all the necessary proofs and all transition id to confirm I’m the owner but i can’t file a claim. Any help ?

You will not be able to submit another account recovery request through the account recovery tool for 3 months after a successful claim. Please reach out to the in-game customer service if you require further assistance with this.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description and your numeric user identification on the official support subreddit....

You can find the customer service tab here. You can also send an email to [email protected] to contact them.
This is a scammer who will attempt to steal your account. Please block them.
It says to do the account recovery from help button
But I can’t because the hacker / scammer has already filed a claim on it
So there’s no way to get the account back ?
