iGPU and OBS

Hello all, I recently upgraded to a 9800x3D and this is the first CPU I’ve had that has an iGPU in probably a decade. I have a quick question regarding its use and OBS. Currently, when running OBS I take a 20-30% performance hit. Is there a way to avoid this with the iGPU? Is it as simple as running the monitor that I display OBS off of the iGPU? Would this incur Andy performance hit to cpu performance? The actual encoding would still be done on my 4090 but I was curious if having the iGPU display the scenes would be beneficial

if you're encoding on the 4090, you're not going to save much performance by moving it to the iGPU big performance gains are had keeping scene rendering and encoding on the same device

Hmm okay damn. I guess the only way around it is the dedicated streaming pc Which I was hoping to avoid

Personally I disabled the iGPU on my 7900x3d because having multiple GPU's in one system can decrease performance even if you aren't using both Unless you do use it for something, I'd say disable it in the BIOS
