No extrusion after the first toolchange (VC4 IDEX 500)

Hello, I have weird extrusion problems on my V-Core 4 IDEX. When printing in single mode, everything is fine. It doesn't matter which tool head I'm using in single mode. If I try to print any dual colour models, both extruders stop extruding during printing moves after the first toolchange (as seen in the picture). I could correct the other issue with the shift. Otherwise the extruders still work, I could see that with the retraction during toolchange movements. I tried slicing with PrusaSlicer and OrcaSlicer, the results are the same. Both slicers were configured according to the documentation. I have tried mirror and copy mode, they both work as expected.

That sounds odd! Please post a debug-zip from the configurator sidebar 🙂

Here it is. I tried setting up everything from the start up with a new SD-card, this zip-file is from the new setup. The issue still remains. I did copy my old printer.cfg, RatOS.cfg file to the new system. If it is helpful, I can reinstall everything and leave the files unchanged.

If the printer and ratos configs were from a different version of ratos, they may not be compatible. I'd just run the configurator again

Everything seems to be working now. I reflashed the SD-card, recalibrated everything and then added all the changes I made in the config files 👍
