Black rain beams?
Rain started turning everything black since I updated Neoforge yesterday. Not sure if not compatible or I need to change a setting? It doesn't seem to matter which shader pack I try.

As I can see this being a pack including other mods, it would be advised to first create an isolated instance with only Sodium and Iris to replicate the issue, then assuming it were caused by some mods, please refer to the "thanos method" aka perform a binary search in order to figure out which mod may cause this behavior @Buhloo
On another very important note: I highly recommend turning off vsync and the in-game frame limiter as both will and do end up performing arguably worse than the likes of the Nvidia Control Panel limiter. RTSS also has this functionality.
The point is that if you were to measure the frame time graph, you'd notice it constantly fluctuating at the "limit" although a proper implementation should stay flat unless truly dropping below
If you are really concerned about staying within the VRR range of what I assume to be a relatively modern display, use external software to deal with it. Minecraft and many other video games are simply not capable of producing satisfying results
Well, I reloaded the game (which i had tried before) and now the rain is fine. I did turn off the vsync and frame limiter though. 🤷♀️ Thanks for the info! I guess if it does it again I'll go through my other mods.
