Fe vs Globe court case

I heard about a court case that was fairly recent, within the last year or few, where a flat earther was involved in a court case and actually won. It may have had something to do with a bet. Does anyone know of this?

It was a challenge to provide proof the earth was curved. The "evidence" provided was not considered proof of curvature, so the ruling was made that there was not sufficient evidence of a curved earth. https://www.stolenhistory.org/articles/2019-court-case-globe-vs-flat-earth.296/
