Forge modpack crashes on startup

I'm trying to start up a server for SevTech Ages, but the forge jar spits out this error when run with the batch file given:
A problem occurred running the Server launcher.java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException

would this have anything to do with an outdated version of java installed? i have JDK 17, 21, and 22 installed on my computer.

yeah i had guessed that took a while to find the option in my server manager hence the solved thank you though
