Change phone number

I need help with changing the phone number that was linked to my account. The number is not mine. I lent my account to a friend for almost 2 years and a year ago I decided to come back to PUBG. He linked his phone number and when I tried to link my sos med, my phone didn't pass the security check. I asked him to log in for 15 days on his phone and he did. He told me that he still couldn't change the phone number and he got logged out (not sure if he is lying). I contacted Customer Service (the link in the screenshot) twice and still no response in my Email. Can someone help me? :amiajoketou:

Please be advised that every account is personal to the respective account holder and is prohibited from gifting, lending, trading, sharing or otherwise permitting any other person to access or use other's account as that is against PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. You can contact in-game Customer Service if you have any questions....
