Was my permanent ban changed?
Hello,
I received a permanent ban a month ago. I don't want to get into details about it since what happened to my account wasn't my own doing.
But anyway. I filed a claim for the original 10 year ban - it was denied. I then reached out to multiple different sources through PUBG mobile and got no response. However, I tried logging in recently and saw this new penalty for the exact same reason, except it's for 60 days instead of 10 years.
According to PUBG Mobile's policies, "modifying game code or data" always results in a permanent ban, so why is this new penalty for that same reason only 60 days? Does this mean a higher up did see what I wrote and changed my ban time?
Please let me know so I don't get my hopes up if I'm wrong in thinking this. Thank you!
TLDR; Screenshot shows my original (10 year ban) has dates from 10/27/2024 - 10/25/2034. The newest ban shows dates of 10/30/2024 - 12/29/2024. I just want to know if this means the 10 year ban is no longer effective.

Cheaters get what they deserve.
What is the end date showing when you try to log into your account, @Kirby?
