Black sweaters/jumper
Hello,
I’m looking for a nice thicker/cold weather plain black sweater I can wear next to some grey plaid pants and black loafers for a more dressed up look for date nights with the gf.
Location is USA
Budget $300 or less
I’m 6’6” so XL is my usual size.
Notes: No cable knit, V-neck, or turtle necks.
I checked out brands like Ralph Lauren, sunspel, FRAME, corridor, cos, stone island, slowear, and N.peal
Thank you friends!

Heimat Textil
Merino Rundhals
The Crew Neck Sweater in mid weight is the perfect layering up item for the transitional months of the year. Crafted in the iconic Heimat knit but much lighter than our usual heavier weight. Made in Germany from a superfine merino yarn. 8 - gauge.
Their merino is a finer, dressier sweater than their original wool. Their original wool is a beautiful piece of workwear if that's what you want, otherwise the merino dresses up easier
Alpaca Crewneck

Another great option are the naturals in an extremely deep brown, not black but pretty close
How heavy is it? I feel most merino sweaters tend to be a bit thinner but I’ll check their wool one thank you!
The alpaca one looks great
Thank you I’ll look into these
It's pretty thick, their OG is very thick
