PCB keep killing Nice!Nano's pin?
I built a wireless choc corne not so long ago and one day home row on my right side just stopped working. I checked all connections with a multimeter and everything was solid. I reset the firmware to no avail. I even swapped the controller to the other half and re-flashed firmware but the issue just switched to the otherside (meaning my nice!nano was the issue). I ended up buying a new nice!nano to replace the old one but the new one is now experiencing the same issue... Any help on how to solve this is appreciated! I DON'T WANT TO GO BACK TO NORMAL KEYBOARDS!!!!!!

I'm using the typeractive kit and their aluminium case. All solder joints were checked with a multimeter and are all solid🥲
Is this happening after you complete a charge? I'm working on figuring out why random rows/columns are dying with the aluminum case.
I don't rmb specifically but I did charge the half since switching to the aluminum case
Is this a known issue with the case?
I'm not sure if that's what's causing it yet, still investigating. It seems possible and I'll be looking into something to help with it
It’s not my fault, can I appeal for a replacement or discount on a new nice!nano? So far it already happened to me twice since switching to the aluminum case
Yes definitely, please share your order number
Is this it?
Yes thanks
@Micky can you please send a replacement nano and ez solder headers tomorrow?
Thank you! I’m a MechE student! Please lmk if there’s anything I could do to help with the debugging process! Really don’t want the aluminum case to go to waste!!
