Someone else claimed my account
I been trying to reach out to someone from pubg I am clueless I don’t know what to do now. Someone else claimed my account his email is gcmax**@gmail.com. I want to remove that claim because it’s not my email at all I have reach out to every email possible attached the proof. And now I am getting a reply saying your all the social links will be removed in 24 hours and the login code will be sent to that hacker account. I still can log in but I don’t know what to do I have wrote 6 in game mail as well but no one there seems to be interested in my problem. All my friends have been removed all the ones from popularity and everything. I really need some help I am pretty sure it was done yesterday and I got the email today. @help #pubg support @Krafton Customer Service please help me I have tried every where to reach out to you guys

Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that your ticket will be declined if you are unable to accurately provide all the information that the in-game customer service have requested from you, or that it does not match with what they have. You will have to cross-check again, or else they will not be able to assist you any further....

This is a scam, this user is also not in our Discord server too. Please do not contact anyone who claims to be a support agent on Discord. For account-related issues, we recommend that you contact the in-game customer service.
