Authentication Method: Facebook and google play (removed during hacking).
Highest Rank Achieved: Diamond 5.
Friends in Game: Hit royal
Problem Description:
My Facebook account was removed, and my email and phone number were changed by the hacker. I no longer have access to these credentials.
Please help me recover my account. I am ready to provide any additional information or verification.

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that an unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information.
If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through official support subreddit with your numeric user identification and a detailed description of the issue.
