Vshell= 4Vtank
Vo= Vshell + Vshell/4
Vo=5Vshell/4
4Vo/5 = Vshell
v0(2/(20) + 4/(20-2) + 8/(20-2-4))
is the form when they're launched in order 248

You’ll have to do it for all the combinations to get the answer for first 2
