there are 1000's of nice hoodies out there gonna need to be more specific
champion reverse weave and camber sweatshirts tend to hold up a lot better against pilling and whatnot from my experience - i'd recommend them or something similar if you want something that'll last awhile. i personally don't see the value proposition of buying something significantly beyond that (e.g., japanese loopwheeled hoodies). there's nothing wrong with brands like gildan and russell either - for something more on the cheaper side, i do really like the style of american apparel's reflex hoodie

again, what do you want to dress like. there is no definitive good color without context. Black is fine but like it depens what you want to wear them with
that question also applies to the trainers; lots of different styles and colros available (maybe not at £100) but your preferences will dictate what you like
might be worth finding a pic of someone who you want to dress like (on social meda or #waywt or #inspiration ) to post as a reference

and I run quite hot
but I don't live in a particularly cold place either just England
we experienced unreasonably cold western but this is essentially translating what i'd wear in fall to winter

it's a different type of jacket perhaps but the individual components are the same

and you should dress in a way that makes sense to and for you
like if I saw someone wearing that same outfit but instead of "fancy" (to me) trousers they were wearing jeans

fair - not a lot of people do this sort of mix but i've done it often enough it's easy to wear
for what it's worth; the original intent of this thread was asking about looking for trainers and i figured if that was still a question that that would useful to know

I use some Nike Pegasus atm
i like the pegasus but to me it reads more a "actually working out" shoe than a shoe to walk around and do stuff in
and i like timberlands but imo just the classic boot, not as much the two you've posted because they seem like they're trying to be two separate shoes
only other thing I'll add about this relative to what you've seen on #waywt is that people choose to dress how they dress for whatever reason, whether it's just basic clothes for work or extravagant clothes for some function. both are fine, both are valid, and you can choose to engage or appreciate the things that respond to you (honestly leave comments if you like something) and just ignore what doesn't
