MFA token takes long time to receive
Hi team, I wanna raise up a concern for receiving token via email. Sometimes it takes quite a long time (3-5 mins) to get a token. Our team has been experiencing this quite often. We now also receive customers complains in terms of the waiting period. What can be done to improve this?

I was experiencing the same issue today. Tried resending code multiple times, all of them took ~ 5 min.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing the same issues with email delivery.
Are you also able to create a support ticket in the #🤫┃confidential-support and pass on the following information:
1. Are you using a custom email sender or not? If you are, what email sender/provider are you using?
2. If not (i.e. using Kinde's email provider), are you able to provide the email and a timestamp of a user that experienced this issue?
3. Would you be willing to send us the header of the email that was delayed? this will help us troubleshoot the issue further.
