New Gaming giving me alot of trouble
Hey! Just got upgraded from mechanical mouse to gaming mouse but it's giving me alot of headache.
I am used to using normal mouse with no DPI fixed from years.
Old mouse: DPI was between 1000-1400 so I was playing at sensi of 4.2.
The new gaming mouse: I feel my sensi is too low for 800 DPI and too HIGH if 1600DPI.
I am still trying to go with 1600DPI, sensi at 0.24 but still feels its too low.
My aim is so coooked right now, I feel like bronze player. can anyone help me if ever faced similar issue ?

look if your new mouse has a driver you can download from the official manufacturer website
most "gaming" mice have the setting to set up different profiles for DPI
also did you say you were playing at a sens of 4.2 :WHAT:
at random dpi but it was above 1000
did you mean .42
cuz 4.2 is actually crazy
but sens is relative and you have a new mouse
try new things
youre not locked to a certain sens cuz you used it on an old mouse
change it, do dm once or twice, if you like it try it for a bit
if you dont ,change it
why stick to too low sens, just go a lil higher than 0.24
yup I meant 0.42 at random dpi
I am working at .32 on 1600DPI right now
aim is getting mid from worst
I tried low sensi for calm aim
yeh but like dont force yourself, hv fun
lowering ur ingame sens
whats ur old mouse dpi?
i can try math it to find out ur in game sens
oh crap random dpi π
um what mouse do you have
maybe you can download the software and tinker around with the dpi
until u get the right feeling
and like narrow it down yk
it was some $5 mouse of lenovo
finally upgraded but trying to get back old aim
what mouse do you have bow
try installing the software if it has one
I have installed it
it's razer essential
I have set it to 1600dpi
ahh
why dont u have a try with what ive told u
like between 800 and 1600 u like
slowly narrow down
until u get like a dpi thats similar
to ur dpi before
maybe try like 1200
see if thats too high or to low
I tried but I was not getting used to it
so I decided to go with 1600dpi at .32
it will be better even if I change the mouse in future
I used $5 different mouses for like 7+ yearsπ π
no like
so is 1200 too high or low
if its too high then go like even lower, eg 1000
and if thats too high then go a bit more lower eg 900
ykwim?
Usually u can customize the DPI of your mouse
Choose 800 dpi and adjust the ingame sens to ur liking?
Idk what the problem is here
yh
I tried 1200 thn 1400
I found a match at 1500 something
so i decided to just go for 1600 and settling my in-game sensi
try in game sens 0.448
with 1600 dpi
which is super fast hold on
that is very high sens
u sure thats what u played on befreo?
cuz if its around 1500 dpi at 0.42 then 1600 dpi is 0.448 which is very high
im at .32
on 1600
I will keep cutting -0.05 sensi every week
wording it like losing weight ππ
none of your business bud! I can lower my sensi however I want
Js making a joke π¦
wasnt a good one indeed
hey everyone has their failures
ifht bet bet
0.05 imho is a bit too small of a difference
maybe try like 0.5 each time
going 0.10 now
0.20 is giving me big change
okok
whatever tickles your fancy
i think thats what rhey say
