Hello . My account got banned.
Got a problem, my PUBG Mobile account has been banned for 7 days for modifying the game code or data. I have never done this or cheat, i've been playing for 6 years already, got a lot of expensive skins and so on. Do you know what the problem could be?
Solution
Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
