hey just bough a new domain and my question is can i use a hosting provider and still use the domain if it is registered by cloudflare i know it works but i just tried 2 other hostings they allways ask for an auth code to take the domain but why i dont get it im super new im just a graphic designer yet i understand the system but it should work right... can someone help me thanks

The auth code is used when transferring the domain to another domain registrar (the company where you control the domain).
That's different from setting the domain to point to the hosting company's IP address, which is what you have to do to make it work.
It's recommended that you don't use the same company for the domain registration and for the hosting, because some bad hosting companies take the domain hostage if you try to quit their hosting and the domain is registered at the same company.
