Im an authorized device in my pubg account. But i cant change mobile number and email as this message coming. What should i do ?

Hello, @Scar! What is your numeric user identification? Have you tried to contact the in-game customer service as mentioned above?
I have the same problem
My brother played from this account and he authorized my device and he changed the number and the email and gave it to me play. He did that because he sold his old phone and stopped playing the game. And from my device now i cant turn on secondary verification as this message coming. He removed his authorized device one after giving me. Now i cant do this from my authorized device and the old device not with us😢💔. And also i still didnt contact customer service. Is it possible to solve this scenario ? I already played like 27 days now from this account.
