Just not having anything running in the background while playing is the best thing u can do

When you open your device, open play only valorant
No other apps. If you have apps enabled for start-ups, prolly disable them
And free up some storage but that won't help much
get a processor with 4 cores to enable multithreaded rendering, it will boost your fps. atleast 8gb ram to run val smoothly, get a gpu that brings out max potential of your cpu. thats all
