Unable to fill a claim form

My pubg account has been scammed by the person i tried to trade my id with. This happened about 2 months ago (09/27). We had a deal to exchange our accounts and i gave him the logins as he agreed to give his logins after that. He changed my number and mail to his. He also took my twitter login which i linked to my pubg account. And then i realized he just scammed me and he never gave my id back neither exchanged his id with mine. I lost all my logins except for my icloud. He kept asking for my iCloud information but i didn't give it to him hopefully. I did submit a claim in game before he turned on secondary verification and that was the last time i could login to my account. I tried multiple times to submit claim out of the game but all i get is thay my account is under review each time i try to submit a new claim. Even after 7 days it says that my id is under review. And i do not receive any mail from pubg. I have all the screenshots and required information to prove that the ID belongs to me. I will fill all the information correctly that is why Im reaching you. Please respond as soon as possible.
