1.21 Iris Shaders keep crashing my game.
Hey, I just upgraded my PC (bought a new one) and everytime I turn on shaders my entire Minecraft crashes. I haven't had this before so I'm pretty confused.

My friends who run 1.21 don't crash with shaders.
How to find crash reports and logs
It is recommended to upload your logs to https://mclo.gs then paste the link into Discord to automatically censor potentially sensitive information and help us diagnose issues more efficiently. However, you may also drag and drop the file directly into Discord.
Logs can be found in the logs folder inside your .minecraft directory. We are probably interested in the one named latest.log.
Crash reports can be found in the crash-reports folder inside your .minecraft directory. We are probably interested in the most recently created one.

Please share the latest.log uploaded to mclo.gs
@Dualising It seems as if you aren't looking to respond anytime soon
Next time don't share a .jar file that may or may not be used for malicious intend
I’m sorry I wasn’t getting any notifications surrounding this ticket.
As soon as I home I’ll upload the latest log
Alright then
Im sorry not trying to scare everyone in here
Have same problem but mine is on neoforge
Then same thing to you, provide a latest.log in full uploaded to mclo.gs
Where can i find the log?
.minecraft\logs
thanks
Then what do i do
share the url of the link it generated
that's the raw one but fine
before any of this, did you try replicating the issue with only Sodium and Iris installed?
no
but the game works without iris and sodium
That's not what this is really about
also I noticed the latest.log is incomplete
Nevertheless it'd be best to ensure it functions with just the two mods, nothing else
Im sorry John, the game works only with sodium and iris, maybe any of my mods is not working with that
What is The Thanos Method?
The Thanos Method™️ (more accurately known as a binary search) is a debugging technique used to find the mod or mods that are causing the issues you are experiencing. The method is simple: to find the conflicting mods, split your mods folder into 2 groups. Remove one group, and test in-game. Keep the group that has the problem, and repeat until no more mods can be removed without the issue disappearing. Thanks to The Thanos Method™️, you can now enjoy an issue free modded Minecraft!
"The Thanos Method" is not actually trademarked or even remotely considered an official name. Please don't sue, it was just considered funny.

alr thanks
I can be pretty certain the Jade and Xaero's map mods aren't the cause
but best you do a binary search for it all
Can't find the lastest log anywhere
Pretty confused
you’re not looking in the logs folder
Could you kindly point me in the right direction?🙃
If you are using the vanilla launcher it will be C:/Users/(your username)/AppData/Roaming/.minecraft/logs
Oh I found em
Are these good?
send the one named latest.log after crashing the game
I can’t open those on mobile
Update DH, Iris, and Sodium
The server we play on is 1.21, is there no other way?
Just found latest
You can use 1.21, just update your mods
Besides my friends play them with ease, if there is no other way I guess we just gotta update
Huh, everything says it's 1.21
Lemme recheck
You mean the mod versions?
as in like 1,21 sodium 0.6
